Antifraudcard®

AntiFraudCard® is an advanced system which gives control back to cardholders. This innovative technology is so unique we filed a patent on it.

AntiFraudCard® was invented by Harry Williams, one of the pioneers in card payments industry. As a former project designer for IBM Harry designed communication programs and was one of the first to program for card payments. In the early 2000's Harry worked with MasterCard to create the Virtual Card. Within 18 months the Virtual Card became a worldwide industry standard. Now, with the excitement generated by AntiFraudCard®, it too will be an industry standard in the very near future.

Cardholders will now have the power to say yes or no to their card payment transactions. By utilizing their smart phone, a cardholder can simply press a button on the phone to “allow” the transaction and then run the transaction as normal. It’s that easy. The AntiFraudCard® user can select between two options of “By Time” or “By Merchant” which can be set to automatically authorize the transaction.

The Technology

Making it simple was not easy. Sometimes the easiest systems are the hardest to develop. AntiFraudCard® was developed because of a challenge by a banker to create something which could stop fraud. The bank’s president had fraud on his card three times in one year. After much iteration and many rewrites it was tested, then testing was refined into the process we have today. It’s a simple to use technology and most people wonder why it had not been created before now.

AntiFraudCard® is simple for MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and banks to implement. Simple but follows the best practices of security theory design. The simple had to be designed or the cardholders would not use it and it had to be secure or there would be no purpose. It would not be like other security systems which just do not measure up.

Harry Williams

The Designer

Harry Williams graduated in the top six of his class and ending up working for IBM designing software. He designed communication software for companies Chilton and TRW who morphed into the industry credit reporting giant, Experian. Specializing in communication software Harry wrote communications programs for Wells Fargo, Bank America, Wells Fargo's Wachovia, Chase, and some regional banks. He worked closely with MasterCard to develop the underutilized Virtual Card. He still has some more discoveries coming down the line and this is why EaglePointNetwork is marketing the AntiFraudCard® system..

Karen Landwehr

Compliance

Karen spent 21 years with MasterCard Worldwide working in the Operations Command Center Network then in implementing banks and processors. She has a wealth of information for MasterCard, banks, processing, and compliance. Though sometimes she feels like she is tied to a fence, she does push the boundaries new innovation. This has produced compliant systems which will work on the network but are still regardful to new regulations.

Simple enough use, complex enough to be effective.

Milton Glaser

There is finally something which can stop fraud on credit cards. It is actually more than that, the user can control every transaction. It is so simple to work with, anyone can use it in seconds.
